Lance Miller has been a familiar face for our clients for decades. Having joined Trinity Sales and Rental back in 2004, Lance plays many important roles for the company today including as our Store Manager and Purchasing Agent.
Lance was born right here in Wichita. He graduated from Wichita Northwest before getting his degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance/Management at Wichita State University. He lives here with his wife Hollie and 2 young daughters Emree and Gracyn.
When he’s not working hard at our family business, Lance enjoys staying very active outdoors from wakeboarding and surfing to playing soccer and basketball. He also enjoys watching sports, especially KU and WSU basketball and Chelsea Soccer (London, UK). Lance is active in his church, leading worship on Sundays and serving on the board.
Lance is one of the many hard-working and dedicated team members that serves our customers with reliability and integrity. “The opportunity to be a part of Trinity since 2004 is a dream come true. At times, it’s been challenging, and there has been pressure to pursue a different dream. It’s tempting to take the easy route, to go after a simpler goal. But that would steal the opportunity to help so many people complete fantastic construction projects in Kansas and beyond. Those first couple weeks, dad and I were the only ones working in the shop. Now we have a team of nearly 25 members. We’ve also been a part of some amazing construction projects around Wichita, and all over Kansas. Our team has grown individually in confidence, self worth and talent. We’re not just helping build buildings, we build lives, homes and communities. While I can’t take credit for what has been accomplished, I’m extremely proud to be a part of this team.”
